Consumers, i.e. any natural person acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession, have the right to withdraw from any contract under the following conditions:

RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

You may use our attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. We may make a deduction from the refund for the loss in value of the delivered goods if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods for which you are responsible. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any case, you will not be charged any fees for the repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
EXCLUSION AND/OR PREMATURE EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
The right of cancellation is excluded in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods that are customised according to the specifications of the consumer or are clearly customised to the personal needs.
The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose exclusive place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging that offers sufficient protection against possible transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods freight forward.
3) Please note that the above general information in sections 1 and 2 is not a requirement for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation.
