Customers must ensure that all returned items are in the condition in which they were received, are unworn and are returned in the original packaging with tags and labels intact. Please use a secure, insured and trackable delivery service (e.g. Fedex, UPS, DHL or similar) as we cannot accept liability for items not received.
Please note that all return shipping costs outside Germany are the responsibility of the customer.
